 FCC Credit Application There are two ways to access our credit application. You can either apply online or download the application, print it out and fax it in. To apply online: Click Apply Online and submit your information directly to us through our secure online application. To view, print and fax: First, Click Download FCC Credit Application and save the file to disk. Second, if you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click  and follow the steps to download the appropriate version
of Adobe Acrobat Reader for your computer. If you do already have Adobe Acrobat
Reader on your computer, skip to the fourth step. Third, install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Fourth, Launch Acrobat Reader on your computer and open the FCC Auction Application that you downloaded from above. Fifth, Print the Application, Fill it out, and Fax it to us at 904-636-6558.
